FNB is the worst bank ever. Lists paid up loans from 2019, numerous times asked to clear my name

In regards to my previous hello peter reviews there has been done nothing to help me, the two temporary loans from 2019 that's been paid up is still sitting under my name, I've asked them to clear my name on the 5th and they assured me that it only takes 10 working days..... I'm fed up with FNB and want to close all my accounts with them, very bad service bank..... can't stretch this enough.... I WAS a loyal customer.... but This is absurd. I've spoken to Chanti numerous times.... very disappointed in FNB for not wanting to help customers My Credit Bureau profile is still not fixed from 2019. Every time I try to apply for a consolidation loan, these three loans from 2019 that has been paid up is on my name.

I'm sick of this.... on the 6 or 5th they said they've send ITC an email to correct it and it takes 10 days.... WORST BANK EVER. Struggling with this bank over a year..... want to move all my stuff over to ABSA.... I need my profile fixed please. I've got paid up letters too. Very bad service to continue with listing paid up loans from 2019
