FNB IS THE WORST BANK EVER! *********** IDIOTS

I've been having endless issues with FNB since the day I opened my account! There's a block on my account AGAIN so they are asking me to fill in the CRS form AGAIN! I sent this forms back via email 10 times already and whenever I call back to confirm if they have received my forms. They either pretend they can't hear me, put me on hold and eventually drop the call OR they tell me they can't find my email! The last lady told me she will give me a reference number to attach to the email and maybe it will show on their side (what Bull**** is this) then she tells me the problem lies with my email because it's restricted.. ***?! I sent the forms from 3 different email addresses of mine to 3 different addressed of FNB!! You guys are ****ing people around and can I tell you what? **** YOU FNB!! **** YOUR BANK **** YOUR *** SERVICE TOO!
