FNB is the worst bank EVER-i will never recomend them again

They must change their slogan from "how can we help you" to "we wont help you".we are still receiving a salary cut and i have sent them letters to prove it,they dont extend my covid cashflow relief.i have received a sms on the 20th to say: Your Query ***Q has been assigned to Customer Resolution Centre. We're looking into it and will contact you shortly- im still waiting for them to phone me back!!!they just dont care for their customers
