FNB is the worst bank ever I regret joining them a few month ago

Firstly on Sunday I bought Pizza from Roman's Pizza 29/09/2025 the order landed up not going through and Roman's Pizza refunded me and sent me an sms to validate that they have refunded me it is now 5 days later and still my refund is not reflecting. I have contacted Fnb several times for assistance and I am still nowhere near them helping me. I have logged several calls and even requested assistance for them with to reverse the transaction so I can get my money back but still no assistance from them then I made sure I had no money in my account cos I deliberately wanted a payment to bounces I never asked them for an overdraft or to cover my payment for me they landed up paying it for me and now my account is in an arrears with almost R1200 for something I didn't authorize them to do or ask them to do when I asked assistance for them to not pay bills on my behalf or to reverse this as I did not ask for it or authorize it or request it they told me they can't assist me I am so ****ed off and unhappy with them I am even considering closing my account with them after only a few months of having it. They claim to have this amazing service but they are so useless they not willing to help their clients and they do as they please without being authorized or asked to do so and once they did it then they claim they cannot undo it. Want to go and close my account this weekend I cannot deal with a bank this useless
