FNB is the worst bank ever!!!!!!!!!!

FNB hasnt been debiting my accounts!!!!! for 2 months now i have yo spend 40mins on a call with FNB to debit my accounts!!!! last month i had to ask them to debit my bond and this month again they haven't debited it!!!! they called me now telling me im in arrears with my personal loan but they did not debit and the money is in the damn account!!!!! i just spend 37mins on a call trying to find out whats happening but the unprofessional consultants doesn't know how to do their damn jobs they keep transferring me to dead lines with telling me i'm being transferred!!!! i'm really getting sick and tired of FNB!!!!! i have been with FNB for over 15 years!!! i think i should rather close my account!!! every month the same thing!!!!
