FNB is the worst bank ever

On the 10th of April my relative sent money to me then his account got blocked which now affected mine. On the 12th his account got unblocked but mine remained blocked it’s the 27th now I’ve been to FNB branches, I’ve called FNB, they’ve made calls but still no help as in I can’t do anything. They keep telling me that Lucille Graham is the one that should be helping me it’s been two weeks now Lucille Graham doesn’t answer calls. They’ve sent emails to Chelsea, Lucille’s manager but still nothing. This is the worst bank ever!! I’m Stranded I have money but can’t use it. I hate this bank
