FNB is the worst bank ever

So my account was hacked over 3 weeks ago, reported, told it will take 10 days to resolve. After calling and holding on for ever and being passed on to irrelevant departments and people, issue still not resolved. My money not returned and spending more money trying to get my money back. The worst bank ever for me. Ow and they make you pay for your new card after allowing hackers into your profile.
