FNB is the worst bank ever

I never thought I would have to do this to a bank that I have loved and worked for. But FNB has really disappointed me today and hit me below the belt. I am stuck at the garage in CPT and I have missed my flight after refuelling a Car so that i drop it off at the airport with a full tank. I swipe my card and transactions decline. I know I have money in my account. I try, the app, internet bank and the contact centre I can't go through to any line. I have left the company as an employee for its internal short comings and it's going to loose me as a customer for its incompetence. FNB has gotten ****y and its time they realise there are other banks in SA. I am disappointed beyond measures because I know this post is going to go unnoticed and it will be business as usual for FNB. I will not get back my money for all this inconvinies as well and i will have to make peace with that. Money for the flights I have missed and money for the new flights. This has happened a couple of times while I was an employee there but clearly no one cares enough to fix this. Yet those responsible get paid millions and still don't give a flying ****.

This issue where RED1 goes dead from time to time for no reason is a serious matter. Clearly to FNB it is not important enough to fix it because it is still happening even now. But to customers it a serious issue where no one with an FNB account can't do anything. You are just going to send your apologies on behalf of the company because that is just your job it is what you have to do. But I bet this outage will happen again and you will still be sending the same messages. To you as FNB it is an incovinience and business goes on as usual, but to me it was a cost that I had not planned for, a major cost. And the sad part is that there is no way I will recover those costs.
