FNB is the worst bank ever!

In 2019 in took a temp loan which was paid off I have called FNB over 50 times about the same query they tell me it was taken out from my credit report each time I go to check my report it shows me that it is still there. It's 2021. This bank is the worst bank ever they hold back your growth and take more and more money.
