Fnb is the worst bank

I’m very ****ed with fnb it’s day 5 my account is not fixed and from what I noticed they don’t care I will also attach all messages I sent to the investigator countless messages fnb is not attending to it!! My account is on hold with funds fnb requested documents I submitted all requested documents I don’t know what more I should do please advise fnb is the most unprofessional bank yet they claim they are a cooperate bank never been so disappointed
