FNB IS THE WORST BANK

I have purchased a phone from the e bucks store. phone broke, I returned the item a week later got a msg to say that the diagnosis was done.... 3 days waiting and e bucks store has not made contact with me ORDER : ***4 - Person dealer with the query *** , Her supervisor Lindiwe, manger of the dept. nor there consultants can assist me.... hope this msg gets to they CEO and I would like for him to call me! IDTIOTS , MOST USELSS BANK, *******!!!! , Over R500 in airtime wasted from my side. daily loss with no phone as this is a business phone. TIME TO MOVE BANKS
