FNB is the worst bank !!

I am not happy at all with my credit card interest rate, I have been banking with fnb for many years.. I even wanted to switch my bond from Standard Bank to FNB and FNB did not offer me a better rate but wanted to match the rate with standard bank. I am currently in the process of buying another property and I feel that I should move everything to Standard Bank because loyalty means nothing these days and customers are no longer valued we are just business !!! I even went into a branch and there was no one I could speak to I must speak to the home loans department over the phone
