FNB is the worst bank

Always terrible service with fnb!!!!!!!! Have an auto payment selected for my fnb credit card which has gone through on 25-03-2021 its been pass 24 hours and still this has not reflect???? This is such terrible service sent a message on the secure chat from 9.45am you will be routed to a banker up to 3+ over and no response??? FNB we pay you for a service that seems to have endless issues and when the customer needs assistance you guys are quite!!! Please urgently contact me as I am not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!!
