FNB is the worst bank
I joined this bank the 1st of April, they only activated my account on the 26th April after numerous mess ups on their end and up till today in this short period of time i have received nothing but bad service from them. They ***********, a lot of their agents arent helpful and dont provide feedback or get back to me. I constantly have to phone them or log tickets with them, they cant provide proper feedback and they brag about secure chat but those people are so useless its pointless as they just refer you to phone the department. Go with capitec, i have been with them for about 11 years and i can promise you the service you get their is much better than with FNB

02 May 2020, 12:00just tried calling them now, waited 15 minutes to get through to someone, then that person puts me through to a authentication voice prompt without checking with me she just puts through then after i'm authenticated and supposed to go back to the agent the line doesn't go through, what do you think of that service?
