FnB is the worst bank
1 star isn't what they deserve. I have been trying to get a refund on my licence for 2 months. I have written on hello Peter 1 month ago. FnB HAS PRIVATE BANKING and charges R500 a month for ignoring your requests. Not 1 email was responded to

27 Oct 2020, 18:49No a formal complaint gets logged everytime i send an email i get a reference. I even asked to close my account so I can move to a bank with better service but nobody replies and they don't answer any calls
