FNB is the worst ban****

FNB is the worst bank! I have been trying to get them to pay back a long for the past six months. No one at their loads department answers the damn phones, I have been on hold for 4.5 hours and I am paying from overseas. I got into contact with one woman who said she would take down my details for her manager and wow shocker no one called me back. As soon so my loan is paid into my account I will be closing my bank account with FNB and I would recommend people to keep their money under their mattress and that is way better than giving it to FNB. You guys suc****
