FNB is the worst!

I requested that my account be closed due to payments going off on my account that i did not authorize, they did not assist me with this, The online banking secure chat also not working. Now SARS refunded my money to this account, FNB does not assist to move this payment to my preferred account. they just keep taking monthly fees after i requested the account to be closed. they dont assist they just ignore, i will never recommend this bank to anyone
