FNB IS THE WORST!!!!!

Good day, I have called, emailed and chat to consults in regards a cancelation of my mortgage protection and AGAIN with no surprise they exhausted all my air time and I feel I am just wasting my time emailing FNB the service is the worst I've ever experienced. I needed the mortgage protection plan to get my bond registered and for months I battled to get FNB to give me a quotation so I was forced to get a policy from a different company so now I want my policy I have will FNB canceled with immediate effect because I haven't received any policy documents sent to me from FNB after I have called numerous time requesting my documents so it could be forwarded to the attorney's for registration but up till today I've received nothing!!! So I want this canceled cause I have a policy in place and my bond Is being registered under BETTER SURE.
