Fnb is the worst!!!

I am waiting for 2k since Friday to be reversed back into my bank account! I went to a branch and I called the call centre. No Telephonic etiquette was placed on a silent yet loud hold for over 10 minutes until I eventually dropped the line. Branche said my money would be back in my account yesterday cob but nothing!!! No call backs no nothing. This is messed up.
