FNB is the worst!

FNB is truly the worst bank EVER! I have banked for several years with them, & they have not been a benefit to me. I have a very good credit record, but MY "bank" denied my application for vehicle finance, but a different financial institution approved me... On my online banking app, they give me offers but when wanting to apply for it, they decline! So glad I made the decision to change banks, a bank that I am sure will put me as the client first, actually they already did. FNB is a waste of time!
