FNB is the worst
Theorist service you'll ever get , the fiduciary department is the worst ever. The lady I spoke to Nelisiwe Du e was bad , can't even assist to get someone on the line while an account has a freeze. They whole day they escalate matters , they don't find solutions. I sent documents a long time ago but still had to resend papers that were already in their possession. Account has to pay for things and now they have it on freeze. What a let down , don't use fnb for serious matter. That bank doesn't respect people

28 Feb 2024, 09:12Today there's a story again , the account is still not working and the they are verifying a letter from the master. You can easily call the office of the Master and get the information needed. Holding an account at ransom and frustrating people is what FNB does , you really can't be taking so long to get an account active , I'll sure close off all my account with that useless bank.
