Fnb is the worst

I have had possibly the worst experience, service agents are useless, the credit card call centre are ***********....luckily i only have a credit card with them!!! And ive been trying to close it...fones just ring, and when they answer no help is available!!....they jus end up referrin you to more *********** people!!!...going in to the bank on saturday to speak to a consultant...
