FNB is the worst

I cannot even begin to express my frustration with FNB. I received money from abroad (Sweden), it went through forex and I made an error in selecting what the money was for (I have zero knowledge about forex thing). I then received an email saying I should contact them regarding the funds received from abroad. As soon as I saw the email I went to the nearest branch in Liberty Promenade Mall. At the branch I was informed to get on the phone and call because there's no one in the branch that deals with this. On the phone the lady I was talking to was rude shame. Long story short, I have been dealing with the same lady and this matter has been under investigation since beginning of November 2023 and now is 29 December 2023 and still nothing. They said the investigation takes up to 30 working days. Instead of just sending the money back to the senders, they froze my account for some time. Yhuuu I'm so ****ed and disappointed in this bank.
