FNB is the worst

First National Bank is the worst. I app**** for a COVID 19 relief fund during the tough times of lock down. This was said to cover my credit card payments. This **** fund did not cover **** as FNB only added interest to my credit card and no relief fund funds at all. I have been trying to inquire for 3 Months with out any luck all the FNB representatives just through up their hands and say "sorry sir". My relief fund did not help me at all. The worst part is that FNB harasses me with lawyer threats if I do not pay my credit card and the deducted the covid 19 relief fund three times this month. I had arrangement to pay of a certain amount on my credit card that I can afford but as soon as my salary payed they took what they wanted. I am furious at these people. You try to call them and either you are always at the wrong department "which the previous person put you through to" it is a complete mess. I am done with FNB. I would rather let Zuma take care of my money than FNB.
