Fnb is the worsed

I am really disappointed in FNB, for as long as I can remember, I ve been their clients, went through a very bad patch as their clients, I just called today to try n speak to a banker who can advise me on how to further improve my credit score, I was told where to get off due to an indicator that says YES, which I don't have a glue of, Banking is meant to be a safe zone where u discuss way forward with ur banker, I ve recently settled all my debt and was hoping I can have a conversation with a banker that will assist me to start the journey of recovery but that dream was shattered by an indicator which state that I don't have a say.... I am sooo sad. Useless bank
