FNB is the pits

So fnb decided with the person who reported my account, to block my ewallet and easy zero account. FNB decided to put my ewallet account on a ***** block and not even in the least make me aware if this. Instead they blocked it in December and now my baby is sick and needtotake him to dr can't even access money that was sent to me. So money will pile up but I can't access it over a stupid R200 worth of ***** month that was apparently sent to me. No one from FNB felt the need to notify me in the least that my account has a ***** block on it
