FNB is the pits!!!!!!!!

On the FNB app you have an option to log a dispute or dispute a transaction. So I had someone take money from my account without my knowledge I immediately reported it by logging a dispute. I follow up on secure chat and I’m told it takes 7-14 working days, okay no problem. Today is day 8, I decide to call the ***** department to follow up, lo and behold no one knows about my case. Transferred from pillar to post. My salary has not reflected my debit orders have bounced, my salary was released by employer on Monday. They say there are no pending payments so my money is stuck somewhere. No one knows what’s happening. With Discovery the money has cleared. So sick of FNB
