FNB is the most useless bank

The people working on the secure chat is much useless, after contacting 4 times, you just waste my time.

I have a private client credit card, a had a credit limit, the next day the credit limit is R5000 less and nobody can tell me why.

Will change from banks with ease after this horrible/no service.
