Fnb is the most unhelpful bank out there

I wil for sure be changing banks fnb can't even help me stop or suspend a debti check debit order they also can't even help me dispute it so I must now just let money go out my account unacceptable I have no choice but to change banks this month over R600 was taken out my account and I have no way of getting it back because the debit order department says tey can't dispute a debi check debit order and it can't he stoped or suspended one agent said I must try on app but that option don't show so now most likely next month R600 wil be taken again no I can't lose so much money everytime I have to change banks unacceptable fnb is not helpful at all to
