FNB is the most *********** and annoying bank ever. Don’t use them. Uber transactions
Yesterday I requested an uber using my FNB card. The 1st 2 drivers cancelled the trips the money went off my account and didn’t reverse. I contacted Uber and they have verified that they have voided the transactions from their end I must contact my bank. I contacted FNB via secured chat where I am told to go on cards and disputes to dispute the transactions but the transactions are not showing on the list of transactions to dispute. FNB will always be a nightmare to deal with.

19 Nov 2023, 12:30O top of all this I am being told to fill in dispute forms and this will take 14 to 30 days? How crazy is this? Mind you I need the money NOW ?????? Uber has confirmed to have voided the transaction but the stupid bank FNB wants to take 30 days to give me my money back???

20 Nov 2023, 13:17I still haven’t received any contact nor response from FNB I spent the whole morning trying to call them. I am being transferred from 1 department to another.

So I received a call from the above mentioned person “we will contact you” so useless, she basically called me to tell me she can’t find the dispute form and that she can’t find the transactions I am talking about. Talk about “being helped” she still couldn’t find the form even after I gave her the reference number. FNB FOR YOU. So much for “how we can’t help you” and I still don’t have my money back!
