FNB is the ****ing worst!
Took out a short term loan with fnb for 30 days... So through out the 30 days I have seen then ****ing taking small payments... Now my account is in arrears because they didn't decided to take money yet again!!! Then I phone the call center - biggest ****ing mistake, I get given 4 different numbers to call for the short term loan dept. phone all the numbers and get ****ing no where! I call back and speak to Marvin who gives me another number and that number is for CompuScan and not FNB short ****ing term loans! What the **** is going on with FNB and the service given!!! I just want to ****ing know why the hell you guys are taking my money if my 30 days is not up and I have not had money in my account???
