FNB is the DUMPS!!!

The service is pathetic hey!!! I've never been this unhappy with a service provider ever. I'm having endless issues trying to port my number, I was given ref no. ********** NF and still no help received!!! I've been a loyal customer and I'm so disgusted at FNB. I have a bank account with them and plan on closing it as well.
