Fnb is the bottom.

Fnb will charge you triple what they said they would. It's bank charges monthly that you know of. Then service fees then they charge you the very same service fees per transactions, they charge them again month end besides the bank charges. When you query, they give you the run around. Most of their staff has an attitude. Online that is. I have screenshot to prove it. At this point it's *****ing honestly. I'm so tired of trying to communicate with them. For 3 months I've been complaining about the same thing but looking at they're reviews, I'm not surprised. I'm hurt that they aren't transparent and overcharge me with money I already paid and don't have. How do I attach screenshot here because I have proof. I really want to move to a new bank because I can't keep crying about the same thing and not get help but keep using you guys.
