FNB is the biggest *****ster with their staff

I have been a loyal FNB customer for many years but it's sad that I have fallen victim of their ***** by their own staff members on 2 occasions.

I was at the bank on 23 October 2023 as the Department of Health requested a form to be completed by my bank. The lady who assisted me at the FNB Park Central branch asked for my card to access my info to complete the form. I did not think that she did this to obtain my card details to use my card for purchases.

On 24 October 2023 there were 2 purchases where my card was used to pay for Uber Eats (R1070) and Zinger Winger (R390) with in a minute apart at around 07h30.

It's sad that we trust a bank but their staff are constantly out to de***** us and nothing ever gets done but we lose money that we work hard for in order to feed our families who now have to starve coz of devious.
