Fnb is terrible

Fnb and I had a good relationship initially but now they are ******** me terrible terrible terrible service this is frustrating. it's bad enough we dealing with this terrible pandemic and the lockdown and yet fnb sees it fit to charge us for things we know nothing about and then make it sound like it's my fault and charge even more.
