FNB is terrible
<p>I got retrenched on 31 march 2017. I contacted fnb life and put in a claim on my credit card. It was approved for 6 months. But every single week someone fron the credit card dept will call me and ask me to make payment. I have to keep on explaining my situation to them. Why are there no records being kept of this??? I got an sms on 17 june saying that as per our agreement, fnb will take off R2136.40 from my account for my credit card. I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS!!!!! No monies should be taken off my account for my credit card for at least 6 months. Also on 24 may an amount of R124.57 was taken off my account for my card. Being with FNB for + 15 years, i cannot believe how unorganized your bank is. And then today i went into the fourways branch to print my statements and the wrong address is on it. I have no idea where fnb got that address from. When i asked for it to be fixed and a new statement printed, i was told i would be charged for it. What kind of a circus is FNB running? I am beyond disgusted!!!!!!</p>

Now FNB has taken off R772.61 for the loan that I have debt protection on til September. As a premier banker, I am shocked and disgusted to say the least. I want this sorted out now!!! Been with FNB for 17 years and have never experienced this before. I am beyond livid.

Sorted out the credit card with my premier banker. Now i need to go into the branch and sort out the r45 that was taken off my account and still sort out the r772.61 that was not supposed to go off my account. I am so tired of this!
