****ing useless people was never notified that I need to fica never got an sms saying please fica of a call asking to fica.I visited a branch not even a week ago guy never told me I need to fica.When I check to see if my salary was paid saw nothing went to HR was told was paid and was show it was paid went onto fnb app and my account was empty phone the bank was told my account was blocked due to not fica.Now how the fick do they want you to fica or anything when they never notify you.The excuse they use usually is that you contact info is not right Check it it still the same
