FNB IS TAKING MY MONEY WITH NO PERMISSION
I have been debited since the 1st of June 2018 for top up debt protection in the amount of R 354 a month, i did not request or accept this cover. FNB has been taking this amount from my account every month without my permission, Spent 4 hours on the phone trying to cancel this damn thing.

05 Dec 2019, 11:26I received a call from FNB yesterday, Jeffrey Mavundla who advised that i cannot get a refund for the debits from my account because i have one month to dispute any payments on my account statement. we check our statements to see if anyone else *****s from us not the bank you bank with. so in other words because i bank with FNB they are allowed to debit my account without my permission????? this is nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!! looks like FNB needs my money. I did not accept any debt protection policy and did not give permission for a debit.
