FNB is taking money from my account

FNB took R200.00 from my account for unpaid fees that I do not know about. I phoned the bank and the consultant told me its for bank charges that were unpaid. They normally put my account on minus for fees and I pay my fees when I get paid.

FNB is used to taking money from my account without any explanation. I want to close this account and my to another bank.
