FnB is taking food out of my children's mouths

As per my last complaint FNB has ****** me in broad day light. I was in a minus R700 due to transactions made on my part and then it was R800 now it's R1200 every week it's more. Nowhere was all this explained to me nor was this procedure ever explained to me. I want a call from Jacques Cilliers office or else I am taking this to my lawyers. If FNB dare to touch my money when it goes into my account I will sue them. I am tired of them sending emails ***ards phone me and get someone I management to speak to me and pls explain what the hell is going on because all your consultants are *********** and it doesn't make any sense i have all emails and all app chats... never did I use money that was not meant for me so how in the actual **** is this possible il give url 24 hours I want answers and I want to be phones before I take it upon myself to go into the bank all these consultants are ****ed up giving me wrong information.

I will sue them and Mr Jacques Cilliers if only you knew what ****ery is happening below u. I want my account closed with fnb or we gna have problems
