FNB is still trash!

Follow up: After being promised a refund on both the amounts FNB deducted from my SASSA grant, only 1 debited amount was refunded back and I was told I'm not getting the money debited in November back and I need to make an arrangement to pay off my loan and that first debit is basically a contribution towards that. I have provided the debt collecting company with my retrenchment letter. I would not have qualified for a grant if I had a job so not only must I raise my son off of R420, I must allocate funds from that R420 to settle my loan with FNB. Failure to do so - from my experience with FNB - means that the bank will help themselves to the funds in my account.

My ***** case: despite the account I sent funds to still having money in it and the account holder giving authorisation to have funds reversed back into my account, the ***** dept has said I will not be getting my money back because "that's not how we do things".

In conclusion, FNB is still a garbage bank!
