FNB Is Still The Worst Bank Ever

So many problems still. 1. They didn't pay the full settlement amount to one of my creditors, which they were supposed to with the consolidation loan I got from them. 2. It's been more than 5 working days since I asked them to close my overdraft. Nothing has happened. No one has called. 3. It's over 2 months since I ordered a new business card. I still don't have it. No delivery tracking message, no phone call, but I was charged for the card. This is a bad bank. The customer service is non-existent. They only respond to complaints. And I will continue to expose how bad they are. Being innovative is nothing without decent customer service.
