FNB is still refusing to cooperate and show us the so called court order

FNB is still refusing to cooperate, after they told me that there was a court order against releasing my late mothers funds. I got a lawyer to help but still they dont want to cooperate and show us the court order. One gets to wonder if the court order is legit or FNB can be used to push certain peoples ******** agenders. I'm losing respect for this bank shame!!!
