FNB is STILL pledging funds with no authority!!

Received my refund from SARS after I accepted my return. Then FNB reserved all of the remaining funds claiming its been pledged by SARS and they needed to confirm it came from SARS, we must wait 48 hours. Well 48 hours has passed and we contacted SARS, absolutely no pledge has been instructed by SARS. FNB is pledging money with no authority! They've reserved our entire bank balance leaving us with nothing!

Contacted the accountant who advised a lawyer in this instance as apparently fnb has been doing this to others!

FNB we want our money returned and available and will be taking action! Officially closing my account after this. Taking peoples money when they need it the most so that you can grow interest and benefit from our losses! It's disgusting! Pain and suffering will be claimed too.

Still not a single answer. We have now confirmed that FNB is at fault, which is probably why they are pushing us from pillar to post. GIVE OUR MONEY BACK. Your reference number does not exist when we call your call Centre, get transfered to ***** department (FNB is the one who has commited this *****) as well as our lawyers, we are now in contact with the Ombudsman. FNB cannot get away with behavior like this.

FNB, you've now been holding our money since Wednesday last week. This, essentially theft. Now FNB is *****ing from its clients? Have you not grown enough interest on what you took from us and many others? Left us penniless when we need to seek medical attention but can't because you've taken our funds? Can't buy groceries? This is beyong absurd and disgusting. I'm really not surprised your clients are jumping ship and we will do the same.

Still no feedback by the way. The consultant did not call us back as she so rudely said she would.
