I have been struggling over 2 months now trying to get money back that temu refunded me. My mental health and physical health is deteriorating and I just want it to end even if I have to end my life. It will atleast then stop. And many of the customer care agents are rude and puts the phone down in my ear or just don't answer. It feels like it is my fault and they are making it worse. So I am just leaving this for future readers incase I don't survive the weekend.
