FNB IS *****LING MY MONEY

FNB is full of *******. They had all my bank cards blocked, saying theres a ***** case going on. Money only goes in my account, no money is allowed to go out, not even transactions from a cheque account to a savings account. Then they have the nerve to call me everyday requesting i make payment to my credit card!! How do i make payment when you have all my cards blocked, even debit orders are not going through. I have been to the branch, called almost everyday since 25/08/2021 to tell them theres weird transactions going off my credit card, spoke to number of people from their ***** deparrment, but nothing is happening
