FNB IS *****ING OUR MONEY - SUSPENSE ACCOUNTS ARE BULL

I property was sold and finalised on the 2nd of August. They kept one installment amount in a suspense account. When I queried when will I get the money back, they said it will be paid into my account within 40 days. It is December, 4 MONTHS later and I am still waiting. I have sent emails, then they would say my query was assigned to someone. I will then still not hear anything back. I called on the 21st/22nd November, where the agent said that he will escalate it to the relevant department. Still nothing. I also emailed them on the 22nd, receiving an email back stating "Dear Sir/Madam, this serves as confirmation that your request is being attended to by JOY MAZIBUKO".. I have still not heard from anyone... FNB IS *****ING OUR MONEY, because people forget to follow up thinking they can trust FNB.
