FNB IS *****ING FROM ME AGAIN!!

Last year around July, I lost an amount of close to R4000 from my FNB credit card. FNB could not assist with regards to the whereabouts of the funds.

Now,I took out two investment accounts from FNB, one for R5000, and one for R6000, deduction for both went off on the 25th of September, but only one investment account (R5000) has funds the one for R6000, they are still missing. I did try to reach out to them with regards to this, and the lady who helped me promised to conduct an investigation and return to me, that was two weeks ago!! If there is a problem with the investment account, just return my money.
