FNB is so useless, don't bank with them.

FNB has done it once again, will they follow through on their promises? I contacted FNB collections for a payment break, the guy told me I had the option of a 12 month break so he sent me the forms to fill out, after the forms were sent through I was told there is no such payment break, it is just 3 months. That's one issue. I send them the documents and whatever they required, they then request more documents which I then send and then a follow up email requesting more documents. This is from several different people. My wife is a stay at home mum since 2012. They now want us to go into a police station during the 4th wave of covid to obtain an affidavit. Another issue. Another lady contacted me this morning stating I cannot get a payment break for being retrenched as I app**** for a covid loan. Another issue, they want to send an assessor through to my property, with no explanation as to why, I have 3 small kids and an assesessor has to come through for my application. I don't allow anyone into my home because of covid but now the lady from the collections department says, sorry this is how FNB works. I am so fed up with FNB, both my Homeloans are with them. I will not make the mistake of taking out another home loan with FNB and am looking at other banks now.
