FNB IS SO UNHELPFUL!!! CAN'T GET LATEST 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS

I desperately need my latest 3 months bank statements for car finance (Feb, March and April) and FNB says there is nothing they can do to help me because my bank statement run is quarterly? Who chose quarterly for me? because I sure as hell didn't! Now you CANNOT help me? This is absolutely shocking, so much for "how can we help". So angry! and yes I have logged a complaint and got a ref number ***
